you want, for example
Free Sael Certificate (Animal Feed)
Click then login via Singapass
business user
Click the Applications , wait for the list come out (may take long time),
find the FSC record and click the action, choose the Duplicate.
Then click the Drafts, find the record of duplicated new application, then can start to fill and amend the info to apply new license.
